Hi folks, this is regarding my experience in the company I work for. Basically my interest is in developing software mainly Java related. But in the meantime, I have happened to work in a different area in the company which is something I do not like to work on. I have also tried to tell to the managers but it was not useful. So, what I feel is, working with a dis-likeness in the office does not give the maximum output from our selves. That again lead to the stress and bad feelings about the place we work. So, what do you guys think and do in such situations?? I really think that I need some help at the moment.

The main thing now is you have to accept that you're in fortunate life. Firstly, you already obtained your carrier life during this global economy gloomy period of time. Secondly, you have chance to learn new thing in new department and you have to take is as a new challenge for you to win the future competitive edge. Thirdly, changing employer means you drop out your current seniority status in the present company.
I got one special question to ask you - what is your vision for your own life as a future life planning in the next 20 years?
Your answer to my special question will be the X-factor for your decision making to select whether to still remains in the present company or otherwise.

When I find the job,I feel that it's very hard to find one we really like it.Maybe which we have done has few related with what we have learnd in the camups. But,if we do onething, even if you hate it,we must do it well. It's a social responsibility. As a adult,we must be responsible for that we take care.I'm sorry about my poor english. Can you understand what I said and what I think?
