How to strengthen your wrist?

My wrist is very thin and weak. Almost anyone can crush them and I will be left moaning. I want to strengthen my wrist and make it a little wide or thicker(this doesn't include addition of FAT ). Do you know any way to do this? Any special exercise or food that might help me with this problem?

I don't know any effective remedy, but so far, whenever I feel like my wrists are a bit weak, I would stretch my arms like exercising. And after that, I would rotate my wrist in a gentle, circular motion to make sure the tension goes away. And normally, it does. Anyway, if your hands or wrists feel exceptionally tired, try not to do too much tedious typing and writing. Rest for a day or two and you'll be fine, for sure. It works for me so far; hope this helps yeah..

Put your hand on a flat surface and make your palm face upwards and put some weights in it. Then Bring the arm to the edge of the surface and and keep lower and pullig up your wrist with the weight in it. Good for guitar players too.

by only doing hard jobs like bringing heavy materials^^
