have u ever read this book??? i forgot few years ago i loose a lot of weigh folowing this book`s advice... last night i read it again... i will folow it`s instruction... i looked for it on internet... it`s also named "antidiet" ... look for it, it can be good for u too

I did do this diet. I like the way it's written. It's convincing and happy. I lost 20 pounds, it was 8 years ago. I think I was reading an earlier version though, and that they have revised and made newer versions. When I was following it, I was supposed to eat only fruit until noon. This was a big step in cleaning out my system. Being rid of toxins seems to be a big part of their idea. Plus, eating fruit gets fun after you get used to it. Then you will like it. Then after that it was healthy stuff like peanuts, raisins. And other stuff veggie burgers. I had fun with it. It may sound different from what you're thinking. Their motto is "eat to live, not live to eat." maybe I'll look for it too.
