I am looking for realistic gangster/mob movies, I am a huge fan of Martin Scorsese, so anything you recommend from him would be fantastic too.

Scorsese did an earlier movie called Mean Streets, with a young Robert DeNiro, which is really great, much better than Casino.
Donnie Brasco with Pacino and Depp is very underrated. Some people like Carlito's Way, but I thought it was just OK.

Heat (Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Val Kilmer)
The Godfather (1, 2 a& 3. All of them!)
Pulp Fiction (I love Quentin Tarantino movies)
They are not directed by Martin Scorsese, but they are really good movies.
