2/3/4 Colums for Blogging What Do You Prefer Best?

Right now i am using 2 columns on my Blog but it feels like it is not enough especially when i have lots of advertisements on my blog..
I am going to switch my blog with a 3 column Template. =)
You think it's a good idea? How about you? What are you using?
