what do you think your weakest and strength personality?

each one of us had different personality...we have our weak and our strong personality....what might be?
i got lots but just tell few like in my weak part im shy, emotional and sensitive while in my strength personality im kinda person that had good sense of humor, honest, sweet, loving and caring...

My strength is that I have a way of making people like me and have them do things for me because they want to.
My weakness is that I usually avoid confrontations too much.
