truth or lies .. which is better ?

The truth is always better. If you lie, in the long run, the truth will come out one way or another.

A combination of both it is good. Sometimes it is imperative that you lie. Everybody lies more than once during their lifeitme no? So there are situation that you really reallu have to lie. But i know that telling the truth is better but it does not work always.
