I want to buy something from ebay.com. THe seller is only accepting Propay payments.
I am from the philippines, hence, my credit card is "Philippine-based".
Would you know if i can use that to pay the seller via Propay?
*how does propay work, actually?

If you have the type of credit card that Propay accepts, I don't think it would matter where you live. I'm pretty sure Propay accounts accept Visa, MasterCard, and perhaps accept DinersClub and AmEx...if you have one of those cards, you should probably contact the seller to see what they accept. You can ask the seller a question right on their item's eBay page.
