First what is phobia? Phobia is a fear that is made by a very bad previous or past happenings... it maybe a cause of things? places? animals? almost anything. Now here are some simple steps that an individual can do to conquer their phobia... 1. What is your phobia? for example: you are afraid of closed places? 2. Try to go to a very close place like a small bar with so many people on it or a cr with no light of course doors must be closed.. you should not be doing this by your own.. you need to ask someone to accompany you for reasons that someone may see to it that you are ok and someone will hold you when you feel that you are weakening... 3. Do step 2 3 - 5 times a week then if you are used to it.. 4. Try doing it on your own but of course your friend must be outside the CR.. so if anything happens someone can immediately rescue you.. hehehehe 5, after doing it in a CR why not try going to a closet? try going to a closet by your own... repeat the process.. until you get used to it... Methods are same for other phobia... a little by little step on conquering and getting close to your fears... until it is gone.... another sample.. Fear of spiders... same step.. of course no close places hehehe... just apply a little sense of humor and you can figure out how to deal with other phobia, what important is i give an idea.. Ok here goes for the spider.. try to play with spiders and try to find the fun of playing it or if you dont want to play with it try to read many things about spiders... just get familiar and get used to it... then see the results... hope this helps... have a nice day...

I think the best way to deal with phobia is going to a therapist, he can analize the source of your problem. If you try to fix the problem by yourself, this could get worse.

Nice response. Your a very critical thinker. I admire you for that cause for other people, going to a therapist is much of a burden and for them it will also affect their social needs because people will think that they are crazy nor psychologically ill.
