Hi! everyone, I am from Asia and now I'm in Canada. My 2 friend treat me to a pizza parlor, we order 2 large pizza and when the pizza is in the table, after 2 slices one friend complain that her pizza is not good coz the sauce is not enough and she said if she can ask 10% discount coz the pizza wasn't not good. OK she got 10% discount for her pizza. The 2nd friend complained and he said, my pizza don't have enough sauce? they put more sauce on the other pizza and mine don't have enough sauce? THEN! the 2nd friend ASKED for another pizza, same size and same order FOR free.! granted! I feel not good of that they did. COz i feel that they are doing that just to get the discount and to have another pizza for free and take it home! And I told him that it's ok to ask another 20% discount BUT not to ask another pizza for free. They told me this is north America this is how we are. For me it's too much!!!! so all in all we got the our order 2 large pizza with 10% discount for one and the other is in the regular price PLUS the same size pizza FREE QUESTION???? 1. IS this a culture in north America? 2. Why you ask another pizza if you ate the pizza you order? 3.It is ok to ask another batch of pizza? and you did not return your pizza doesn't good taste? I'm kind of culture shock in this country. now you can tell me if this is right or wrong of what my friend did? thank you very much!! have a nice day!
