Paid2YouTube, anyone having trouble with this PTC?

I noticed yesterday and again today in Paid2YouTube that my earnings have not gone up, Im quite sure Im doing everything correct yet no earnings so it might be Im doing it wrong. Normally I wouldn't give a hoot about a PTC site but what hurts is the "comments" section that pays 10 cents each seems to have come alive. There were 5 today and one yesterday and I did not get credit in my earnings which you usually see immediate. What a time for them to have a glitch! I did PM the admin, Im waiting for a response.

This could be because you are not signed in as that happened to me before however I was unable to view the earnings too because i was not signed in. Anyway it works fine for me, I am currently working for $7 to get a payout and the site seems great to use and really easy and simple. However they dont offer enough videos in my opinion.
