TV exposure linked to agressive behavior in children

A new report suggests 3-year-old children who are exposed to more TV appear to be at an increased risk for exhibiting agressive behavior. Children nowadays has different mentality and attitude as compared to children several years back. Do you agree that it's because for too much exposure to such media?
