drinking and driving is a very serious offense.there tends to be a lot of drunk driving even when they realise the harm in doing it.not only it is dangerous to the driver but for the others too.its not fair to put others life at risk,for your poor judjement is it???if u end up killing someone while driving drunk,you can be charged with manslaughter,a very serious offense.since majority of young folks think that this cannot happen to them,they should be worried about the dui laws.if someone ends up taking life of another one while drunk,the person is in serious trouble.the most strange thing about it is that everyone is aware about it,but still we hear hit and run cases.why dont people think that just a small carelessness may end up his or someone elses life.they know that what charges they will be put against if they do it,but still it is not stopping.maybe the punishment which is awarded for committing the crime is not scary enough. if thts so....wat do u guyz think shud be the punishment.
