Few weeks ago, I started a discussion about my life after ondoy, and after a month now, I can say that things are slowly going back to normal now unfortunately, we still don't have internet connections that's why I was not able to go online for many weeks. I am only renting now, out of town, since my entire place has no connections yet even land line phones are still inaccessible.
It feels good to know that my virtual friends here in mylot care for me and are offering prayers for my welfare as well as the welfare of all other Filipinos. I am really very thankful to you. In behalf of all the Filipino people, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all other countries who extend their helping hands to us in our dire needs. I know that you also have problems on your own but still, you were able to help us. It maybe a simple gesture from you but it means a lot to us. Thanks! and Cheers!

Billions of faith were really gained because of this crisis and it is nice to know that many people still believe in God and yes, we are a fighter so surely, we can surpass this trial.

in times of trouble, friends do come to show their support and care. they make us feel that we are not alone in our difficult situation. their presence and kind words motivate us to move forward and work hard. i understand that ondoy devastated many properties and damaged the peoples' hearts and lives. but you came to your virtual friends here. and you felt their care for you. it is amazing how people feel connected and helped virtually. keep on.

I have to agree with you about having real friends. As the saying goes, you will know who your friends really are in times of troubles. Thank you for responding!
