Why would we put in our effort to exercise and hour a day and then ruin it by simply eating that delicious Big Mac and French Fries?
Will you be able to lower your risk for heart disease normally associated with high lipid content foods if you exercise regularly? Yes.
Will it still be unhealthy for you? Yes.
Thats my opinion though, how about yours?

Yes, you are absolutely right. Regardless of whether you exercise or not, eating junk foods is definitely going to spoil your health. Once in a while, you may eat them in small quantities; however, eating junk foods regularly is definitely bad.

Yes it is still unhealthy. The garbage that is of fast food places will not in any way shape or form be nutritious for you. Working out would be a complete waste. There are things in the food at Mcdonalds that would not be sweated off during an intense workout, so you are still getting unhealthy things from it.
