Do most places do hair drug test now? when was the last time you were tested?

Today I went and applied at two places for work and I got hired on the spot at the 2nd place pretty much but I have to take a drug test first before I can start.. I am a kind of worried I won't pass it because I have smoked recently but I've quit and i don't plan on smoking anymore but i'm gonna be taking the test in probably 3-5 days. anyway, I was wondering how many people have recently taken a drug test? and if it was hair or urine ? I'm not too worried about a urine test because I can always dilution it and have to re-take it...but with a hair test! i'm not really sure i can pass it since everything shows up in the hair for a lot longer of time. i've read somewhere that it stay in your hair system for up to 3 years!! so that one has me worried... but i have no idea what kind of test i will be given! i am really hoping a urine but it kind of looks like most places are testing with hair now a days... so i am trying to figure out what to do to help insure i pass my test. if it helps any.. this is the place i have to go for the drug test... www.nms123.com/default.shtml
