Unable to connect to database server

When i open my website it show like this..
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'enchan01_ench'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/enchan01/public_html/includes/database.php on line 29
Unable to connect to database server!
What should i do? anybody know's?

It seems that you are not providing the corect password for your user ...
Please check that first :)
