Pregnant woman found dead in an hotel room...

The remains of a pregnant woman was recovered from an hotel room where she and her lover lodged for the weekend.
Findings have it that she went to the hotel with her lover, leaving her husband at home, but at about 6am in the morning, she was found dead while the lover absounded.
Who should be blamed for this act, is the woman justified? Did the lover killed her intensionally? Were they trying to make love upon her pregnancy? What went wrong? Did the love tried to abort the pregnancy for her?

Hi! Do you have a link to all this information? I don't really know what to say....
Nontheless, this is a shocking event. I'm sure that many will say she deserved it, that it's karma for leaving her husband. However, no one knows if it was the lover's fault or not. Either way, two lives were lost that day.
