How long do you set at the computer everyday?

Recently,I am changing my job, I can dominate my time for 24 hours a day. I have nothing to do, there is one only thing I can do to set at the computer. I get up very early and set down at the table from eight to eleven. How many hours is fit for us at the computer? How many hours are you use the computer a day?
