In Richmond, VA...7 years waiting set to DIE Nov. 10th... This deviant is fighting our system...trying to get offb because of mental illness, boowhowho! I don't have not even a little pity for this guy! The other thing that urks me is the fact that he will not suffer during his execution, unlike his victims. What a %$#@ system we have!!!
