here in my country. poverty is not new.. most of us were suffering due to this poverty... and whose fault is this? yes i should not blame for anyone... but this government should protect and save those people who are in need. but what are they doing is that they becoming selfish. this corruption, those stealing they are doing. is the most disgusting sin i ever knew. they are already rich for what they have but yet they are not still contented and make stealing from government funds. the funds that should be use only to the poor. and i pity so much those poor because no matter how they suffer no matter how they crave for their life just to live. it is still not enough for their family. because of these officials done nothing but to have a great feast on their tables.

in my opinion, people should stop blaming the government and do what they can to at least lift themselves up from poverty. government is useless without someone to govern (meaning no people). however, people are responsible for themselves... just because they were born poor doesn't necessarily mean they should die poor. it only means, you didnt do anything to make yourself better... perseverance my friend isn't cheap... its a lot of hardwork... nothing is free anymore...:)
