What do you see is your purpose in this world?

I think that my purpose is to be a good Christian and to be a good friend to my parents, as well as to help them around the house and take care of them when they get old. My parents really enjoy my company and my mom has mentioned that she and my dad probably wouldn't be as close if they didn't have me living with them. They are also very thankful when they come home from work and see that I've done the housework! So yeah, I think serving the Lord and helping mom & dad is what I was meant to do! :)

Right now I don't know what is my purpose in life. Until now I finding what God's plan for me. God has plan for everyone of us but we haven't know what it is yet. I'm ashame of myself because I don't have a contribution to the world to make other's life easier. I want to know my purpose soon so I'm going to get ready for it.

To remember God and be a good person in life. To do good for others and think for them more than ourselves. Yes, I am that kind of personality who always want to help others even when I am having my loss.

Wow, greaat topic! I will learn my purpose one day, but for now it seems to be in flux, changing and growing. My main job is as a father and husband, but the over all purpose is to make the world an easier place for those around me and help empower them to a happier, more peaceful life. Through that my life will be fuller and smoother.

Thru cirmcumstances and crises in my life, I have learned alot about compassion, and am determined to educate people on seeing others in a different light, outside of the box, and not just in a black and white approach; not to judge too quickly, but to put ourselves in their shoes, and to just imagine if we were them. To just "imagine" alone can make one self have a completely different perception of those they would otherwise deem bad. To have compassion, we must not be afraid of putting ourselves in their shoes, and not be afraid to feel the pain of others.

We all have a purpose here. Some people did not know their purpose in life because of burden or poverty while others are enjoying life to the fullest. If our eyes open up to GOD's Words, we will know our purpose that is to serve and obey GOD at all times.
