I will probably go out someplace IF I have the money. My daugher, grand daughter and grandson will probably go to my daughter's boyfriends family for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. Why am I not going with them? Haven't been asked! Not sure why. I really don't care a whole lot. It is nice to have time to myself even on the holiday.

Well, I certainly can't make people want to invite me. I thank you for your kindness and hope you have a nice day. I really don't mind being by myself. I do feel sort of sad because the day is to be with family.

Mine has always been to meet at grannys and our whole family gathers to eat, watch the macy day parade and then us women exchange recipes and talk about our family life and the men of course watch football.

Right now I'm not sure where I'll be spending Thanksgiving, but I believe it will be with my older sister and some of her family. One of nieces loves to cook and as advised that she's been practicing with dressing recipes.

My Thanksgiving Day will be spent at my mothers. I go there every year for Thanksgiving. My brothers and sister and their families will be there also. We all contribute food and time to preparing the family Thanksgiving feast. We all look forward to this time together. I am am thankful to be able to have this kind of closeness with my family not only at Thanksgiving but the whole year through.
