Best fast food burger ever?

I have had many a burger in my life. Wondering what everyone else thinks of the major fast food joints and who has the best and the worst burger. Cost is of importance too.

mcdonalds is the worst place
i love BK and it is way better and cheaper

I like the ones from Fatburger. You can customize from 2.5oz up to 24oz. You can even add an over-easy egg on top of your patty! 
I know it's not healthy, but it's one of those things that you got to have once in a while. It's also a bit expensive, and it takes a while to prepare it, but it is all worth it once you have it in front of you.
