Who would you rather have on your team?

I'm a team player and I like working with a team of go-getters. I've worked with folks who just sit around waiting for stuff to come to them instead of going out to get it themselves.
So, If you were at a baseball game and a foul ball came your way, would you stand up and try to catch it or just wait in your seat and hope it fell your way?
If you picked the first answer, you're a "Go-Getter"-you get the job!

Definitely true, it's annoying to work with people who sit and wait for you to tell them to do something. If you want people around you to want to have you around, show them that you deserve to be around. A team of passive people will never get the job done. I don't think they'd even get started! Being a "go-getter" is absolutely an asset.
