Do you tend to let your health slid in the winter time, ie because you dress more in baggy jumpers etc, eat more meat puddings and sit around more and people don't see as much of you, or are you still health consie and keep exercing getting all the right foods etc?
I'm doing fine at the mo, am trying to be very good as my jeans were too tight as I had been eating too much, BUT as its getting colder I may surcome to a meat pud or a plate of chips!!!

I am always bad when it comes to eating all those comfort foods but,I try to exercise more because I know that. The weight comes on so easy if I don't.

Right now it is raining and I would love a meat pudding with a suet crust pastry - a steamed meat pudding. I have never made one in all my years out here. Am salivating!

Well since writing this so many years ago I can't remeber the last time I ate a plate of chips or a meat pudding. More hot soups homemade to keep me warm and cosy this year.
Jeans are more than ok as since I first wrote this I have now gone down another jeans size and hope not ot go back up again. Its that wiifit, keeps you fit and warm as well while you are doing it
