As for the earnings, you earn per response, discussion, you make. There are also tasks, which can earn you from a few cents to a few dollars. The money can be obtained through paypal, if you don't have a paypal acount yet, it is important you do make one. And last but not least as for mylot's trustability, I've been paid by them and so have ten-thousands others.
