Have you ever daydream more than once a week? I use to but now just every once in a awhile. Like being a sleep in deep thought and not thinking of who ever is around you. It is a relaxing way moment.

I daydream whenever I go outside for a run, which is at least once or twice a day. I guess it's sort of similar to how some people space out when they drive. I suppose it's worth noting that the contents of my daydreams have been very similar to each other for the past 3 years.

I think the deep thoughts just stay there until we have answers for them they stay. It is a mystery of how our minds focus on certin areas like trying to tell us something .

What are the contents of your daydreams? Mine are silly. I am embarrassed to tell you. But if your daydreams have been the same for three years you must get some pleasure out of them. It's nice to get lost in your own head and be able to check out for a while.

I daydream a lot, especially when I'm lying in bed with nothing else to do, right when I go to sleep. I usually have to tell myself to stop daydreaming because otherwise I will never fall into sleep. I also daydream when I am a passenger in the car, and my friend or family member is driving and not talking to me. I gaze out at the scenery and let my mind check out, and I think about things, make up little stories in my head. I have always done it. Of course, I don't daydream as much as I used to when I was as child. But I still do daydream a little almost every day.

I think we all have daydream as a child alot more , know I have to, then as I got older I daydream off and on and seems to be more so when things bother me or a worry I focus on things to do or good things or something to replace .

Hi,
As I live alone and I´m a writer, daydreaming is part of what I am. I daydream several times a day, not once in a week.I love that feeling of being outside one´s body, doing whatever you want, wherever you want. Everything is posible then. It´s better than a time machine.
Happy posting!

I still did not distinguish the difference between absent-minded and the daydream. I am easy to absent-minded, when I just can not focus on the jobs or task. Absent-minded status can not control as I could not held thinking the tiny things in the middle of working. I assumed that daydream will require much time to make it work.
Have a nice day.
