Are you claustrophobic?

Yes, I found out when I was about 16 that I was claustrophobic. Before that time there were a lot of things I didn't understand about why I wanted to do things like leave doors open when I was home alone at night instead of locking them. When I had to crawl thru a tunnel created by bales of hay, I almost panicked and suddenly know what it was. Over the years I've gotten much better about it because I know it for what it is, and I can fight against it. I don't know any sure cure.

Im alittle bit. the space has to be really small though before it bothers me. Even though my job requires me to get into small spaces when I do I just keep calm and remember Im not trapped and I can breathe fine and that usually helps me from panicing
