High blood pressure or in medical as hypertension is the one has a BP = 130/90 but sometimes people didn't consider they are hypertensive because they cannot experiencing signs and symptoms. Mostly people who are hypertensive experiencing dizziness, headache, blurring of vision, and more.
Low blood pressure or hypotension is BP = 80/60. Some of the teenager has a low BP because they didn't sleep early. Sometimes it is consider normal for them because of age. They feel weak and pale skin.
THe normal BP is 120/80, but the BP that can tolerate with the body consider normal for them.

High Blood Pressure is very common it seems these days and both of my parents have high blood pressure and have for years, and I also have high blood pressure and I am only twenty four and I am not sure what is considered high but I think it is like 80/130 or something like that and I have no idea about Low Blood Pressure, and some of the effects are it can make you have a heart attack if it gets to high, and normally you have to take medicine if it gets too high, and right now I have to take a pill everyday to keep my blood pressure down.

High blood pressure is anything at or over 140/90. It can have symptoms such as headaches, a rapid heartbeat, or even chest pain when it zooms terribly high.
I have had to take medication for many years (since I was in my late 30s) to keep mine controlled. Without the help, high blood pressure can lead to heart disease and strokes.
Some can control it by diet and exercise; others, like myself, need the help of medication.
I do not know much about bp that is too low.
