I realize that much of my interactions with friends and collegues are based on the commom currency comlaining, even though I try to look on the bright side most of time. But,I find myself usually fidget about small things, such us the whether, the scores, the party......Now I have to try hard to stop the comlaining, enjoy the lives. Becouse I don't want my friends hate me.
Then how about yours? Could you go without graping about anything for a day? for a week?
What are the sources of your biggest comlaints? Do you thing you comlain too much at home or at work? Do you think you may go without comlaining quickly?

I think we are a little guilty of complaining. it gives us a way to vent our frustrations. Once we get it out of our systems, it eases the tensions of everyday life and we can move on.

en maybe you are right, it can replease pressure for complain, but i think we can't do it too much .Too much complaining about the trivial matter may let us turn older then. hehehe, thank you for your response.

Though it is hard not to complain about anything even for a single day, I do believe that everyone is capable of doing it given the right mindset. I too, personally, am a complainer. I complain about the food, the heat, corrupt politicians, gas prices, and just about everything. But if you think about it carefully, there not much sense in complaining about such things. Unless you (or anyone else who hears your complains) can do something about the matter, it just becomes a waste of energy. You can't change heavy traffic in metropolitan areas by complaining, sometimes there are things we are better off accepting that complaining about them.

I agree with what you said. Sometimes we do complaining about something, maybe not the things are wrong but just ourselves can't take it easy. I do evey the one who can live relaxly, when someone show her mercy to the trivialness, she will be looked so beautifull.
