After seeing such a under-pressure, flawless innings from the so-called God of cricket, "Sachin Tendulkar", i must admit that i myself do not hesitate in saying him the God of Cricket. There was not a single shot that was ordinary, with no slog hitting. Such innings come one in a hundred years. He played and played, solely led the team to near victory, and whatz more, nobody else was there just to stand beside him. But, he is a one man army.
But... In the end, he got defeated. AND what was the reason for this defeat of the God, he was in an illusion that Indian batting is capable enough to make 18 runs off 16 balls with 4 wickets remaining, that got him out. But, that illusion broke down and could be seen by his dull face after the match. Such a shame on rest of the team!!
Do you still think that he doesn`t make runs in a big match? What more do u want from him if the rest of the team is just sitting in the pavillion and watching? The only thing he can do is that just come, blast, and play until 50 overs and get the match. If he leaves a single run on other 9 players` part, they are gone.

I never seen these kind of innings from Sachin before. Yes He is the GOD OF THE CRICKET.... Lots of variety shots that he played in that innings. That I never saw before. Any way India lost it but the innings of Sachin is Top class and that was never ever forgotten....

Yes, it is disappointing to see India lose even after such a superb attempt from the master, but as you rightly said, this day will be memorable, as this innings from him was flawless.

OMG I missed it yesterday and I do think its one of my worst misses since the time I have started watching cricket. Firstly I was at office and secondly, its my son’s exam times at school and then I thought why bother, as it is India is going to lose, let me sit with my son and his studies. Little did I know that I was missing a rare gem in this era of mediocrity.
As for the rest of the Indian team…we are the champions of crumbling under pressure…you know very well how many times this has happened. The end results does not in any way take away the joy of watching a genius at his best.

I myself doesn't hesitate to say him "GOD" because even if he is scoring ZERO in a match it is not because of his bad batting but because of a very good bowling.
In yesterday's match we can say that Ravindra played very foolishly.After all there was no matter of hurry.He was run out for nothing and actually that was the turning point of match.
About sachin: what can I say he was truely marvelous, awesome, mind blasting and master blasting. Even when he was so tired he was trying to make more and more singles.It shows his determination.
Some very non professional player's in that match were DHONI, YUVRAJ and also Ravindra.

Yeah, i agree. His average is above 55 in finals (much higher than his overall avg.), still people say that he does not play well in big matches. Just tell those idiots if he makes a century, rest of the team makes a zero and you expect him to win matches on his own. However, he still does these things sometimes completely on his own, take for example, against Australia in Sharjah. He nearly repeated that yesterday, but no support whatsoever from anybody else.
Actually the problem is a lot of hype here. Players like Dhoni make a century and think that they are great. he thinks that my average is 50 (higher than Sachin), so i am a great batsman. Tell that fool his actual average is just over 39, it amounts to 50 just because he is not out in may matches.
Sachin has maintained it around 45 for 436 matches and that too at the opening (where chances of getting out are high). And don`t forget he is the player to be misjudged out maximum number of times (already been out unfortunately twice in this series).

sachin is the god of cricket,no doubt about that and those persons who consider him as a mere player are such idiots and nonsense..He is the legends of legends and mere words cannot describe the greatness of sachin,he is born for cricket,born to lift Indian cricket to its zenith.the greatness of sachin cannot be observed but can only be felt from the core of inner heart....

You have reached a great way describing his greatness in words in an artistic manner but as you already said, we can only get near, but we can not accurately describe his greatness in words.
Most probably, he is India`s most loved icon in any field and is the invaluable gem for the cricket.

ya its an awesome innings i do say sachin as god of cricket he has so many injuries almost all parts of his is marked with injury in such conditions he is playing no one will do this and only person can beat his own records first 10k first in 15k first in 17k it was an awesome innings yesterday in powerplay jadeja played well so he might of tout its possible for him to finish of but all collapsed aus won by pure luck but i really unhappy everytime when sachin plays a awesome innings others will play like hell ...there are plenty of ppl ready to play without politics chance given means india will be good team till then they will lose like this only from 80's sachin is only holding india .... others play for money if they didnt play properly means they should pay back there last match earning means they will play really shame cant they hit 18 run ...above all top order just played like hell except sachin sehwag raina all played like stupids ....
