Are you nervous while attending interviews?

Do you get nervous during interviews or feel confident facing the panel? I myself usually am nervous before the interview, but usually once it starts I feel very confident. What about you?

Interviews are my worst nightmare!Especially job interviews.Butterflies are starting to appear in my stomach whenever I start to submit my resumes.It becomes worse if I hear my name called for an interview.But I have one technique though.Just look the interviewer in the eyes,then you'll feel a bit comfortable.
