With the growth of my age,i can feel less and less happiness.I don't know why i became this kind of person, and i really hate this condition i am in.I always ask myselve why our humanbeing's meaning for the life.In order to live a bette life ,we bear so many sad things and suffering so much ,just wanna to have a happy life.Maybe one day we success and we are rich enough to do whatever things we want to do,at that time we are already old and the most beautiful years in our life had gone away. The most part of our life is unhappy and why are we also choose to fight with our future. Why don't try to just enjoy ourselves and enjoy the beautify life?

I am very happy. Happiness is a beautiful thing. We forget just how easy life is. Life is your every moment, your every word and your every thought. Cherish each moment to the fullest. Realize how beautiful everything is around you and you will see just how happy you can be.

I can honestly say that yes I am happy. Sure I am getting older in life and having more things to stress out about most of which is debt, but there is so much more to be happy about. I have athe love of a good man, a good home, great job, wonderful friends. Yea I would like to be less in debt and have better credit, but thats not something I can easily contol and I am doing what I can. But in general yea I am very happy.

Hi there friend... I like the way you deliver your point of view about happiness, well I think we're in common in some ways.. Anyway talking about this thing we called happiness, I can say that I am happy of what I have in my life now. The best way to be happy is have a contentment of what you have in your life. Try to appreciate every little belessing that you have rightnow. Hope more but expect less, In hoping we it means were reading to acept what would be the outcome of a certain thing, but if we expect we might be disappointed because the things that we are expecting to happen but it didn't happen. What you have now is the foundation of your future so try to be happy and enjoy life with little good things that you have.

Always a growth of our age will reduce our happiness... this is because the responsibilities that we have when we grow up becomes high... so there wont be any time to enjoy and to be happy.. so life is something that we have to sacrifice one thing to get another thing...

I think I am happy. I mean I struggle and I suffer at times, but I am happy with how things are in my life. I have learned how to really appreciate the small things in life like a sunset and that always makes me feel better when everything seems to be falling apart.

im kind of in the reverse position.
im starting to grow out of my unhappiness.
im seventeen and was diagnosed with depression 2 years ago.
ive finally found the right medication and therapist.
im about to move out of my abusive home.
i will soon be going to university to study either medicine (if i get in) or science, my passions.
i am able to control my emotions, actions, thoughts.
i can actually look after myself now and live my life.
i feel that i am lucky. im moving out of a darker period of my life into the light. i know that the darkness will come back and that from time to time it will suck me into its vortex. i also know that by then i will know how to fight it and will hopefully have someone to support me.
im about to enter the real world with little experience and even littlier money but im just starting to enjoy myself.
face the days as they come.

When you are small you have no responsibilities just enjoy your life but when grown up you have lots of responsibilities and also wants to work hard for earn more money for living hi-fi life,so keep ourself happy at anytime is impossible.

Initially I thought that I was happy but now that I think seriously about things I suddenly realise that I'm not all that happy as a person. We are living through some very difficult times right now and I guess everyone has difficulties when it comes to finances and I certainly fall into this category! I have been going through a phase of depression and I have some good days but I have quite a few bad days as well. My life isn't all doom and gloom and I realise that I have a lot to be grateful for, the very air that I breathe for example! I'm trying to achieve things and I have goals that I want to attain but I'm getting nowhere fast and it's really beginning to hurt me now! I'm going to try and remain positive and upbeat though otherwise my life is well and truly over! Andrew

Quite true. Though we feel that we should enjoy our present, but we are always worried about one thing or another. Whenever idle, my mind automatically goes towards all my physical problems and immediately I start wondering what will I do or How will I cope? I think it will be very rare to find an individual who is totally carefree. Thinking about all the problems takes away the pleasure of small moments of happiness, but it has become a nature to me and how much I may try, I am not able to stop myself. But now I am determined to change my habit and slowly and slowly I am occupying myself in such activities which keep my mind busy and I get no time to worry about the future.

Hi Vincyk!
I think the reason why people become less happy in their own lives is the lack of adventure! Trying new things, or just doing something out of the ordinary is always nice! Life is not about being rich, in my own eyes life is about love... The love you have for people and yourself! Try something new! Or venture out a little bit! Maybe that will make you a little happy! Well take care! And I hope that you feel better soon!

Happiness is a good thing and different people have different things that make them feel happy,I try to be a happy person and there are a lot of things that make me feel happy at the top of the list is my wife and family because she always knows how to make me smile and make me laugh, and then would be having money so we can buy the things that we want which is mostly video games and video game accessories, and then would be the fact that me and my wife reserved a copy of the collectors edition of Splinter Cell Conviction which is totally awesome, and I can not wait for it to come out next year, because I am been waiting for over a year for the release of that game.

I also feel less happy. especially my domestic life. I was tormented by my circumstances. I always cover my sadness in front of relatives and friends. very painful and very sad. I wanted to be truly happy. happy is not only in front of relatives and friends. my life so far from the word happy.
