what qualities you regard the most important of the people around you?

when you make a relationship with a person,what qualities you think much of? like a good friend,boy or girl friend,and even the qualities of your boss, what do you think?

it is a good discuss.for me ,it is very important that the person have a good qulitys such as the honesy and confidenec ,and we have the same hobbies,personnel view,haha,good luck guy .and how about u ? i think u should be give u own addvise on ur post,bye.

why you like your friends have the same hobbies like yours.in my opinion,i think different kinds of hobbies will be better,that you can share with each other and then,you will have both of them.do you think so?

The one quality of the people around me, that i think is important is for people to be honest and up front ;with me, and not to try to put up a front! I like a person that is down to earth, and sociable!

I would say is trustworthy. This goes along with honesty of course. One cannot trust someone if he/she thinks that the person is not honest. And one cannot be an honest if someone does not trust him/her. If one of this virtue is gone, the destruction on a relationship follows. Trustworthiness and honesty are virtues which are earned and cannot be easily set aside or taken for granted in a relationship. It should be nurtured like a blooming flower to stay forever. Once broken, it will took sometime to re-earn it.
