Has anyone tried the Ehow dot com site? I want to know if it is safe or a scam because it asks for your social security number (it says for tax purposes) and I just want to know if anyone knows if its safe before I give that kind of personal information out. Anyone try it?

Ehow is definitely a legit site to write for since you do get some money as long as it reaches at least $10 or more a month. I have gotten payment from them since September 2008 so there is one of the people's proof on here. Unfortunately they do have some stricter writing guideline now since they want perfect english articles written on that site only. I used to have 100 something and now down to under 70 articles on there. I still think it is worth getting some money from them even though it's not very much.

Everyone have a different pay rate for each of their articles. It is not a set pay per article kind of thing. Each month are different for everyone to get a certain amount each month. Some articles made money while others didn't get squat. Last month I got $17.21 which I should get it anytime soon this month and on here for over $23 something.
I have a friend who is also a writer on ehow and is one on suite101. She makes more money on there than at ehow.
