how to keep slim? that my headache problem!

every one has differen idea about this topic. someone saids that using warm water to wash your face is helpful for your skin, but someone also saids that using cold water is best. someone saids that eating what is healthy but someone saids that eating what is harmful. we all know different people have different situations. someone alaways plus weight even he or she drinks water everyday, but someone alaway reduce or keep weight even he or she eats meat and junk food everyday. what is my problem is that after I go out of compus to office, my weight is heavier and heavier, I have no time to do some sports to keep slim. My only way is to control what i eat everyday. i wanna find some other ways to keep slim and lose weight. thank you all of kind people to give me some advices. thanks again!

Hi, Yoga and exersise is only the solution of your problem. Please dont say i dont have time for it. Investing 30-40 min daily keep you healthy. Diet is also eaqually important.Do not do any change in diet without consulting experts. Day today 50-70% health problems are created by change in lifestyle.

lynnzheng, You can still squeeze in some amount of good exercises through whatever you are doing daily. You may want to start off your day a little earlier to allow you to alight 1 or 2 bus stops before your destination office and walk briskly. Climb the stairs briskly avoiding the use of lifts or elevators. On your off days, jog to the market and walk briskly back. Use the weight of the groceries to strengthen your arms and hands. On your way home, take a longer walking route. Have a balance diet with more green vegetables and fresh fruits. All these are helpful for your health and waist in the long run.
