What makes a good leader?

You must be able to know what are your followers thought.And decide which method is the best and best be supportive.So,you must be a observer.

A leader and a manager is different from each other. An individual can be a leader but never a manager, A person can be a manager and at the same time a leader. A leader do the right thing. A manager do the right thing right! Leader is a person who go down to the level of his members, listens and guide it's members, while a manager, also goes down to level but not always, a manager also listen but the manager directs. There are different types of a manager and a leader. Depending on an individual's personality, there are Managers and Leaders who are very autocratic, and there are those who are very democratic.
