hi tina... well breakfast is the most important to me i mean after all that sleep and all i need to have something and i get hungry, breakfast is really important coz you are eating after the long gap, when you are awake you can be eating something something with time but then the gap comes when you sleep and so breakfast is a must, well but for the busy person you are sleeping late at night i would suggest you to have something in the late night itself, your body needs appropriate amount of food and it will demand that when it falls short of it.. so being the late sleeper you better eat something in the night... as for me, i don't sleep late and breakfast is the most important to me.. i can't miss it unless i woken up really late for some reason.

i too skip breakfasts..its not becoz of waking late..but hubby doent have habit of having it...children take tiffins to school so though...i have time i dont have it as i am busy doing other household work..and besides that some religious things keep me away from breakfasts, like i take out 'bhog' after cooking, so it feels very strange to eat earlier to offering to God...

I am very much like you, I usually sleep in the wee hours of the morning, and I wake up about 9 am, I take my breakfast about 2pm, lunch at 8pm, dinner at 12am, I think it just takes a little getting used to

I never miss my breakfast. It's very important for me to take breakfast as if not i will go so hungry i can't go on working till lunch time.
In fact breakfast and lunch are the 2 most important meal of the day. Dinner can eat less of skip but definitely not breakfast and lunch. This is what I was told by my doctor.
