Why does it seem like more girls than guys are taken?

Surely it can't be the case because there must be an equal number of guys and girls in relationships. And theres roughly the same number of men and women around. So there should be an equal number of single men and women, it just seems like most girls are taken, yet i still know plenty of single guys. Maybe im only focusing on the more attractive girls, and theyre the ones that are usually taken?

If all women like men and all men like women then perhaps there would be an equal number of single men and women but this isn't the case. But the thing is women can like other women and men can like other men. And another thing to take into account is the fact there are people out there that date more than one person at a time. So no, never will be there an equal amount or single men and women.

I'm not saying on way or the other. I'm just saying that everything isn't even so therefore you can never make the statement there should be the same about of single women and men. Also, there isn't even the same population of men and women and especially not the same number of men and women in each age group.
Overall I'm just pointing out factors that could be taken into effect.

Also worldwide women popualation is bigger than men population. And you can always hear from single ladies that 'all the good pieces are taken'. Same applies for single man aswell. So that depends on where you look from and the society you're in. But dont worry at the right time at the right place the right person will be there for you.

That's only your perception because maybe you are struggling to find some chick that you like.
If you were in a relationship, you would say the opposite
