Determination!

So what did they say about determination?

Well, how about this South Korean woman recently passed her written exam for her driver’s licence on her 950th try!
Can you imagine? I do not think anyone will be sticking around after the 1st century, so I really have to give her a hand here. And I suppose that is what it means living life to the fullest.
So, how about you? How determine are you?

I agree with diamond dog. that lady was determined to get her license, and good for her. But is it good for everyone else? I don't want to be on the same road as her in my car! Meeting standard is a good measure of success, but if you fail many times, it might be that you don't have the capacity for your goal. she might have passed by dumb luck and has no clue of the rules. then we see tha pervebial head banging on brick wall senario. That's not the case with this woman, but still, i see no need to fail 950 times at anything, after three or four fails, its time to change your aproach. This is a very inspiring story but determination can be a double edged sword.

You may have some valid points about her driving competence here. But, from another angle, I feel that she might just come out a better driver with this episode.
Her head banging here might just bear the fruits of her labor. IMO, I just do not think there is anything amiss or luck, but a stringent and sound system. Also, I am one of opinion, that she will cherish her hard earned driving license.
