Suggestions to speed up sale of a completely re-habed home on Long Island, NY? / myLot

Sluggish Real Esate market makes it difficult to sell a home. There are new home sales and there are homes that have been thoroughly transformed (a total rehab) that I've noticed aren't selling too quickly. Any ideas on how to market these homes to the greatest number of people?
