If you are good at English, here is something that you can try out. I have some content re-writing work to be done.
What it is:
You will be given a few passages related to tourism, travel, places, music, restaurant reviews, etc., and these would need to be re-written in your own words.
How much it pays:
$1 for every 1000 words that are re-written.
How payments are made:
Through Paypal
How often payments are made:
30 days after invoicing. This means, if you work for the whole of January, on the 25th of January I will send in an invoice of your work to my client till that date. You will be paid by the 25th of February for your work
I am also working on getting a huge bulk of work shortly on content re-writing, for which I will need many people. The payment will be a bit higher and payments will be cleared sooner too.
If interested, please do let me know. It would help a lot of people who are struggling without work.

Can you send me your e-mail address in a private message (so that everyone will not get access to it)? I will send you a sample of this.

Hello Joy. That sound very interesting. I enjoy writing, articles, short stories, reviews, commentaries, and so forth. I am also writing for a number of "writing online" sites now, and getting paid. What you are tell now is certainly along the lines that I have been working. We can certainly work together on this work. Please let me know.

That's great. Please send me a private message with your e-mail address so that I can send you further details. Good news is that I have just acquired the contract for the bulk project. I am still working out on the payment terms. So who knows? We could work on this as well... :-)

I am curious as to why payment is that far out in the future ?

Ironically, this work is outsourced from the US, and I am in India. So what happens is that I would first need to raise an invoice to the company in India. They have a number of freelancers working with them and they will send a consolidated invoice to the client. The client would need to approve that and send it to their financial head to draw up the cheques. And then those cheques get send to India. So that's the reason it takes time. Earlier, I was getting paid by the 7th of every month. But now with recession, payments have been pushed a little further down the month. But they have never missed paying.

No major reductions. If you can rewrite creatively and professionally, they accept the article. There are no deductions in work. If they are not happy with the work they will return it to be re-done.

Well, if you are good at grasping what is written and re-writing it, then you most certainly qualify for this work. All that's needed is good writing skills. If you're interested in going ahead, please send me a private message with your e-mail address and I'll mail you further details.
