Life is all about commitment. Commitment, is like pruning a flower tree which may
involve sacrificing momentary pleasures. Does commitment leads to success? What do you understand by commitment? Do you need to prepare to be commited.

Having a family and kids takes commitment. I have sacrificed a few things to ensure that I provide a healthy life and environment for my kids. I had a chance for further studies to improve my career; and a chance for a better paying job which meant I would be away from my kids most of the week. Both I gave up to so I could just drive my kids to their afterschool activities; so that I could help my kids with their homework everyday. This is what I consider as commitment.

I do believe that if you give someone a great commit on something they are doing that it will make that person work that much harder. I know that if I get commitments it makes me feel better and want to please that person that much more. Great discussion and have a nice evening. Keep smiling.
