did anyone got paid from quidscorner?

I am start getting worry about my payment from Quidscorner. They claimed to pay people who reach the $5 minimum cashout. I already cashout twice from October. I haven't received a single payment through paypal yet. I also sent two email inquiries to the site administrator, but I still haven't gotten an answer.
I just wonder did anyone got paid from quidscorner before. In opposite, I already received clicksvista payment through paypal.

I have checked the reviews about that site because I am not an allowed person to join.
It is a paying site but there is a rule for its payment. The payment cutoff is the 20th of each month which means if you requested between 21th Sep to 20th Oct, you will be paid on 1st Nov.
Maybe you just need some more time to wait.
