How much do you care about your health?

As a person, we need to care about our self and especially we nee care from the other people too. But when we have a lot of work or school work to do, we haven't enough time to take care of our self. For me, when I have a lot of things to do, I cannot take care of myself at all, but still, I try to take care. Sometimes, I think that my health is not good, so I think it's the result of carelessness. How about you all?

Hi, I am very carefull about my health. Because my family is depend on me. If i am healthy and fit i can take better care of my family.

Hi there, I am not sure if i care about my healthe very much. I do like sports and enjoy playing sports, which benefit my health. But i not care about some small health problem, such as bruising, common cold and bad intestinal function. I do not visit hospital very often when i only had small health problem. I am sure of that is not a good habit. But i use to doing that.

I used to be a health conscious person. But from last few years I've become kind of careless person and do not care much about health. Which I believe is not the way to go. Everyone should respect their body and shouldn't torture it!!

Hi nheansocheath ,I take care of my health all the time ,and every weekend ,I will take a long time practice to keep health and keep fit ,for you ,it is not good to care about your health until you don't feel good .Keep health and enjoy your life !!

I'l be preparing food with nutrients and ensure they are hygienic. should prepare different variety of food with taste and with nutrients.So that we can lead a healthy life.And most important thing is to drink more water.Do exercise, walk more, laugh more and sleep for atleast 8 hrs a day
