Creating Multiple Accounts in Twitter

Is it possible to create multiple accounts in twitter? I need to maintain two accounts in twitter so I have created two accounts but now I fear whether it would be considered as a wrong act. I haven't read the terms or so but just signed up. Is it considered as spamming to have 2 or more accounts in twitter?

Loads of people have multiple accounts (like one personal and one business). It's ok.
