Hi Lisa,
I will choose the one that's challenging and really in my line of work plus the pay and location.

Hello, Lisa. Welcome to Mylot.
I guess you should make it clear that what you want first. An easy job, or a challenge one? The one give you higher pay or the one provide you more chance?
It all depends on yourself, Lisa. It's so lucky of you have two offers in front of you while lots of people are losing their job in nowadays.
Good luck to you!

I think the oppoetunity is supply for the people who has prepared. And when it comes, you must catch it quickly, but the premise is you have already prepared to accept it and decide to treasure it.
Now if you have two jobs for chance, you must resolve which one may fit your interest and give you better future. Which one you like more and what's your personality, also what people you want to be.
When you decide which one to do ,you'd better insite on it, work hard, go over the difficult. But if you give up and repent your decision, the chance is not the chance again ,it tend to a nightmare.
No matter what's your choosen, don't repent, because you have choosen the load, then you must walk on it, even if you want to cry...

Hello Lisa and welcome to my lot. I would look at what both jobs had to offer and what was the best place you would think to work at. I mean if one offers a 401K and the other didn't that would be one point against the other job, I would also look at if they offered insurance and what kind of insurance, then I would want to know how long it would be before I could use that insurance after being employed. I would look at how many hours that I would be able to work at each job. I would want to know a little bit about the company, if they offered stock options, and if it was a good company with the BBB, if they have a good report with the better business then they might be worth working at. Good luck on the job you choose, be wise. Have a great day!

I would select the job which pays more and the one which suites my interest. If one pays more and the other suites my interest, then I would prefer the one which suites my interest as my job because only then I will get a job statisfaction.
