why the YM's chat room have so much adults service?

Recently when i come to the ym‘s chat room,there have so much unknown person want to give adults service such as tv show and so on.They always break the atmosphere in this chat place.
from my perspective,there Need a law to forbidden it.
how can i choose a right room in ym ?

everyone has shed these feelings in their mind and they can only express them bein anonymous
