How to activate Google Adsense account again ?

Hi friends, I created google adsense account a year back and i reached the target of 100$ in that. But unfortunately the google team canceled the account saying some lame reason. I gave some break and started new blog and try to get new google adsense account from a different computer. But telling some reason the google team is not activating my google adsense account. How to activate google adsense account once again friends. I'm very much interested in earning through google adsense
